Program Description:
New School students approved for the Global Offsite Semester in Suzhou will be able to access campus space and/or select a course through XJTLU University. Students will take *one* course at XJTLU that counts towards ULEC requirements. All remaining courses will be taken online with The New School. For details on available courses at XJTLU that students in the Global Offsite Semester program may choose from, please see the XJTLU course options list.

To be eligible for the Global Offsite Semester at XJTLU University, students must be an undergraduate student at Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts or Parsons School of Design AND have citizenship, residency, or other status permitting them to study in China. 

Please indicate on the application if you will require accommodations in Suzhou. You have the option to find your own accommodations, or there may be dormitory space available at XJTLU University on a limited basis. For students who require accommodations at XJTLU University, you will receive additional information on how to apply for housing once placements have been made. Please note that all students will be individually responsible for housing costs.
